Owner is responsible for all damages and injury to other guests.A deposit of $ 150.00 per week per cottage is required within 7 days of making the reservation with a credit card or a check and valid credit card number.Prices do not include MN state sales tax of 6.875%. There are no other taxes applicable at this time.Cancellations must be made 75 days prior to your stay to receive a refund of your deposit less a $25 re-listing fee.No Jet Skis or ATV's/OHV'S Allowed!
